Rotary Unions (Rotary Joints)

Precision Sealing Solutions for Reliable Fluid and Gas Transfer in Rotating Systems

Hero Section

Leaking, unreliable rotating joints can bring your entire production line to a halt. Our Rotary Unions are engineered to be the solution. Designed for the seamless transfer of fluids and gases—such as water, steam, thermal oil, coolant, hydraulic oil, and air—from stationary pipes to rotating machinery, our rotary joints are the benchmark for reliability and performance. From printing presses and steel mills to machine tools and paper manufacturing, we provide precision-engineered sealing solutions that prevent leaks, minimize downtime, and optimize your operational efficiency.

Find Your Rotary Union

The Core of Our Technology: The Sealing System (核心技术)

The Difference is in the Seal. The performance of any rotary union is defined by its sealing technology. We have perfected our sealing packages to deliver an extended, leak-free service life, even under high pressure, high speed, and high temperature conditions. Balanced Mechanical Seals: Our standard design features balanced mechanical seals (e.g., Carbon Graphite to Silicon Carbide/Tungsten Carbide) that minimize friction and wear. This design ensures a consistent, micro-thin fluid film at the sealing faces, providing superior sealing performance and longevity. Labyrinth & Low-Friction Seals: For specific applications, we utilize advanced labyrinth seals or specialized low-friction polymer seals to handle high speeds or abrasive media, ensuring optimal performance and preventing contamination. Robust Construction & Bearings: The housing is constructed from durable materials like cast iron, stainless steel, or brass. High-quality, lubricated-for-life ball bearings provide rigid support for the rotor, absorbing vibration and ensuring smooth rotation even under heavy loads.

Our Product Portfolio: Solutions for Every Application

  1. Single Passage Rotary Unions For simple, direct fluid transfer. Designed with one inlet and one outlet for a single type of media. Media: Water, Steam, Air, Thermal Oil, Hydraulic Oil Key Features: Compact design, various mounting options (threaded, flanged), self-supporting or bracket-mounted. Typical Industries: Paper, Printing, Textiles, Plastics.
  1. Multi-Passage Rotary Unions For complex applications requiring multiple media. Transmit two or more different types of media simultaneously through a single, integrated joint. Media: e.g., Hydraulic Oil + Coolant, Air + Water. Key Features: Compact design saves space, prevents cross-contamination between passages, and simplifies plumbing. Typical Industries: Machine Tools (CNC), Steel Manufacturing (CCM), Rubber & Plastics.
  1. High-Speed & High-Pressure Designs For the most demanding conditions. Specially engineered for applications with high rotational speeds or high fluid pressures. Key Features: Advanced sealing technology, specialized bearings, and dynamically balanced components to minimize vibration. Typical Industries: High-speed printing, Machine tool spindles, Test benches.
  1. Custom-Engineered Rotary Unions Your unique challenge is our specialty. We can design and manufacture rotary unions tailored to your specific needs, including: Special materials for corrosive fluids. Hybrid electro-fluidic unions (combined with our slip rings). Extreme temperature or pressure ratings. Unique mounting configurations.
